  • Revoke a licence
  • Impose a financial penalty

Decision date: 26 August 2026

Outcomes: Warning

Details of action

Following a review of the operating licence held by Sladders Limited, trading as Sladders (“the Licensee”), the Gambling Commission (“the Commission”) found that the Licensee:

  • failed to comply with Social Responsibility Code Provision 3.5.5 – Remote multi-operator SR code

In line with the Commission’s Licensing, compliance and enforcement policy statement and the Indicative sanctions guidance, the Commission has decided to:

  • issue the Licensee with a warning under section 117 (1) (a) of the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”).

The Licensee co-operated with the Commission throughout the investigation and took corrective steps to address the identified failings.
